Summary

The Numbers and Narratives project created and piloted a tool to assess mutual accountability between the funder, Calgary Learns, and two Bow Valley College adult literacy/basic education programs (fundees). The assessment tool can be used by both partners as a way to improve communication, expectations, procedures, capacity, and indicators of success (balancing qualitative and quantitative outcomes).

Research Question
